4th ANNUAL BARAGA COUNTY BEER FEST
L’Anse, July 16, 2019 — Baraga Chamber of Commerce is proud to present its fourth annual Baraga County Beer Fest will be held August 10 from 2:00 PM to 6 PM at the Waterfront Park at N. Front Street in L’Anse.
This event will take place rain or shine and will highlight some great Michigan brews from Blackrocks, New Holland, Ballast, Perrin, Midland, Shorts, Cognition, Cheboygan, Big Lake. Bud, Busch Like and Miller will be there too. We also feature “Wine Country” featuring Algomah Acres, End of the Road Winery, Grand Traverse and Threefold Vine wineries. They will deliver some fantastic wine tastings. There will also be food by The Dogfather available to satisfy any hungry desires while tasting a variety of local craft beers.
Tickets are $25 in advance and can be purchased at the Baraga County Chamber office from 9 am – 3pm Monday to Wednesday, Baraga Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hardwood Steakhouse in Covington, American Legion in L’Anse, and online at: http://bit.ly/BaragaBeerFest or $35 at the door.
The Ojibwa Casino in Baraga will be providing free shuttle service during the Beerfest event beginning at 12:45 p.m. from the casino down to the Waterfront and will make hourly runs. The Casino is also offering $10 free play included on your ticket.
The Baraga County Beer Fest is a fundraiser for the Baraga Chamber of Commerce. The funds are used to support community events such as Baraga County Lake Trout Festival, Lumberjack Days, Baraga County Fair, KBIC Kids Fishing Day, Camp 911 and Meadowbrook Arena.
